Shipping Information
  • If you are local and would like to pick your order up at the nearest location, simply place your order, and at checkout enter LOCAL in the "Gift card or discount code" box. The calculated shipping charge will be deducted as a discount, and your items will be set aside for pickup. **You WILL still receive an email stating that your items have been "Fulfilled for Shipping", but this is simply to let you know your items have been set aside. We will then contact you in regards to which location you will be picking up at.
  • We offer flat $9.99 shipping on ALL orders placed through www.thegentlemansstache.com!
  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time and will select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low. You will ALWAYS get a tracking number.
  • Also please note that transit times vary and could take up to 14 business days.

What happens once my item is shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation email and you will *ALWAYS* get a tracking number afterwards, so you don’t have to worry about when your item(s) will arrive. We know you are so excited to receive your order ASAP, and we package all orders with care within our Arrington location. Please note that transit times vary and could take up to 14 business days.

What if a product arrives damaged? 

We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes unfortunately, issues still occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please do the following:

1. Email clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to thegentlemansstache@gmail.com
2. Someone from our team will respond to you within 24 hours, letting you know how to proceed further.

****It is VERY important to save the original *damaged* item, original packaging & packaging material, and contact us immediately****

Return Policy

Please make sure you purchase with a purpose! We do NOT accept Returns or Exchanges. Of course, however, if there is a problem with your order (damaged or incorrect item based on your purchase order), let us know via phone at 615-796-8838 within three business days so that we can make things right.
